「This location is quiet and a great place to stay. This is our 2nd time staying here and this is the first place I look for to see if available when coming to Topeka Ks. Love the screened in porch while drinking my morning coffee. 」

「The place was clean and safe. Almost no furniture or blankets. The whole house echoes due to no rugs or furnishings. It could be so nice 」

「Everything was great. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Chris is a very kind host and easy to talk to. He helped me out greatly when I was in a jam and was very understanding. 」

「The host was very welcoming…We just really didn’t get to spend much time at the house. With family near by, we slept there at night, but spent the days away from the house. It was comfortable, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Too bad it was so cold I think the porch swing would have been a big hit! 」

「Property was easy to access, and was very tidy and cozy. Had comfortable living room furniture which was perfect for our girls’ group. Plenty of beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Great stay!」

「This property met our needs for a weekend visiting family. Great location and nice neighborhood. We even went to a kite festival at the local park. We did have kids with us and there were lots of breakables around that we ended up moving out of the way. Great coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. Could have used a better equipped kitchen. 」
