「I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund.
It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key.
The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response.
Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival.
Found someone else’s underwear near the bed.
No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.」
