A few reasons for the low rating include, house could have been much cleaner, there was visible dust all over the house, couch cushions were stained and even some of the comforters were stained. 「We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our friends. Property was exactly as listed and it is sparkling clean and well maintained. Property had lots of board games. Pool table, poker table and lots of books and dvds. They have a wonderful deck which is perfect for partying. However we couldn't use it since the weather was too cold outside. House was warm and cozy. You won't feel the cold air coming from outside.Katrina is wonderful host and she is prompt in responding to all our questions.」
