The amenities were poorly maintained. The heating didn't work overnight one night; we only got a response and assistance the following morning. The shower was broken; it didn't attach to the wall, and the water pressure was no more than a trickle. The airing cupboard door was not fixed on the hinges and fell off onto my daughter's head. The TV, Netflix specifically, didn't work. The cleanliness was substandard. For example, the cutlery in the drawer was dirty, and the sofa smelled bad.
