"The property looks great at first glance, but was super hot in the hallways and walls and carpets dirty. My room when went to lay down had mold on sheets cakes it was like 1a and they threw new sheets in car at me didn't offer to make the bed and I mentioned it was hot had to game security come at 2a try to turn ac down off and on and nothing next day they had to go in when I wasn't there that helped and the bathroom shower for let all water out and soaked bunch towels cause I hate stepping out onto wet floors my last night they fixed that dint help at were leaving next day And cleaning staff took a towel I had to my flat iron that was mine. Oh well but the staff up front and at valet were great and breakfast but holiday Monday they still ended breakfast early 930 that was disappointing.
And there was a lot of un housed people with obvious mental concerns around the hotel 24/7. I don't think I'd return."
