"The hotel staff is very welcoming. Plenty of breakfast options and good hours of operation on weekends."

"The sink is always clog. water is slowly draining. The dirty towels were not collected the following morning. The hotel did not inform the potential guest ahead of time that the swimming pool was closed. the swimming pool is one of the reason why we booked at the hotel. they only opened it after staying a night at the hotel.Since we complained about the dirty sink. they said they upgraded us to a suite which turned a smaller bathroom compared to the room I booked which can accomodate a disabled person. no coffee maker jus like what we had from original room we booked."

"This is an older hotel attached to a mall that has seen better days. For the price, it was fine to stay for the one night we were traveling. The staff was great. "

"The food was gone by 8 am and nobody checked to see if it needed to be restocked. "
