「Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water...

「Stayed here while visiting family and friendsThis property had all of our requirements. 1- large fenced in backyard 2- King size bed! 3- off street parking and extremely clean!!A lot of other things made the stay just perfect. very soft towels, keurig machine, doggie cleanup bags, gate on the deck. And the chaise lounge was lovely to relax in We will definitely stay here again」

「The property was well maintained and decorated in a cozy and comfortable manor. Location was perfect! Easy route to downtown or UNI, butost importantly - walking distance to my daughter's house. Accomodations were perfect for our 5 adults and two kids. Upstairs with the two double beds was perfect for the family. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit.」

「The loft was perfect for our family. Kitchen was limited but since we were in town visiting family, it wasn't really needed. There was plenty of space for our family. Well stocked and clean. Owner was very responsive and attentive. Great stay! 」

「Our extended family gathered for a long weekend, the home was perfect for us! The pond was a hit for fishing and the kids loved the close by water park. Open living spaces upstairs & in the basement made it ideal for various age groups to spend time together! 」
