"Whilst Iona House is a nice home and we have enjoyed our stay it requires some serious attention and maintenance i.e. stove oven seal is broken. Dial to timer is not working so just start the oven is difficult.Instruction of use is required for the coffee machine. It required descaling before it could be used. The house itself is beautifully set in a peaceful and scenic location, and it was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. "This house is a great house for a holiday . Spaces are large and whilst the property has some real design features you don't feel like you have to walk on eggshells so as not to damage anything. ( we did put the most precious items out of kid reach). We were a party of two adults and two small children 4 and 2. It rained the entire time we were there but we still found plenty to do in the area including looking and playing in puddles. There are plenty of Cafes very close by beaches and parks...

Then offered no compensation despite having to stay up all night allowing electricians in etc and planning alternative accom as electrician initially said u likely to fix. Management did nothing as compensation. Pool is cold and poorly presented and lawns not mowed. "
