“Beautiful established gardens leading in to front main entrance. Welcoming and friendly reception, thank you Maureen & Bronwyn. We were in unit 6 was clean and tidy with fresh linen sheets towels. Couple of things: When you open the front door straight ahead on wall you see black marks. Have stayed many times here but there were no outside table & chairs to sit on while enjoying outside view having a spa. “I had the best 2 nights here - the chalet was clean and well stocked, down to the extra pillows, blanket, hairdryer and complimentary breakfast. The hot tub was delightful and just what I needed to fully unwind from the hustle and bustle of Auckland. This experience was such a breeze and I was undisturbed throughout my whole stay - I would highly recommend this place and will most definitely be back in winter to try the hot tub!!”

“This is a fantastic wee bach within walking distance of Orewa and the fab beach and activities there but nice and quiet and not touristy at all. Super comfy beds, really hot water, lovely garden with deck and shade. Strong wifi perfect for non-stop Zoom meetings while my family slept in or caught up there social media (sadly, I had to work in the mornings). Well equipped kitchen for two couples, a small family, or whomever. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked our next stay for just 2 weeks……

“Great communication with the hosts. This little cottage is an absolute delight for a romantic weekend! It was quiet & private with more than enough provided to ensure a comfy cosy stay. Breakfast included a range of tea & coffee choices along with orange juice, muesli, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt & croissants. Located close to a number of wedding venues & dining options, plus the spectacular Waitakere Ranges with its black sand beaches. We took the relaxing 20 minute drive out to Muriwai Beach……
