Everything you could need or want is provided. The hot tub under the stars, on the water is really the icing on the cake.”

“This property truly is a stroll's distance from downtown. Mystic Pizza just a short walk away. (You really should eat there at least once.) The house is right off the street but is very quiet in the evening, so no problem. The description is accurate so remember the stairs are steep. The landing at the top is a pleasant spot to read in. Beds comfy with a selection of pillows. Kitchen had all the basics needed.”

“This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️”

“Property is as described has a great little fenced in area in the back for your dog. Huge propane grill very modern washer drier. Has a dishwasher A/C throughout. Two full baths plus an out door shower Walking distance to town. Wood burning fire pit in back yard really made it. Great vacation and would rent again.”

The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return……
