“Good and quite hotel”

“The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers.”

“Room was very clean, staff were very helpful and very friendly, food was amazing lots of shops, restaurants nearby, would definitely return to this hotel ☺️”

“10/10 stay. Very friendly staff that were very helpful. Rooms were very clean, and shower was nice. Ac felt so good after a hot day in the sun. The only thing I would change in the whole stay is the breakfast. There the same everyday and it’s not a hot breakfast. So I wouldn’t consider it full. But that’s the only thing. We had a really nice time.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Letstay Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, along with a bottle of drink for our anniversary, which made our trip extra special. The room was spotless, with excellent air conditioning and a smart TV. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious every morning. The hotel also has a decent-sized swimming pool and a tennis court, which were great facilities. Although there isn’t an on-site……

“The location of the property is excellent and it is a very cute boutique-style hotel. However, it is built with poor-quality materials and it is visible. The hotel staff is poorly-trained. There were only two nice waiters: Kevin and Nunhan; the rest were unfriendly and it was the first time that I encountered such poor service in Turkey. They would not even greet guests after seeing them at breakfast day after day, for example. The cleaning ladies had a very unpleasant attitude and didn't clean……
