“Staff made everything easy for us”

“This hotel is a 5 star all around. Special kudos to Kelsey at check-in. She has an authentic welcoming spirit. Our room was perfect in every way. The breakfast was nice, but could be improved by adding gravy for us Southern folks. Check out was quick. I highly recommend this location. ”

“The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.”

“Only arrived a bit early and rooms weren’t ready. Left and the call came less than 30 minutes later. Sort resulted in inconvenience. Only experienced this on the return trip not prior visit.”

“Very clean and the main lobby is pretty and has comfortable spots to hang out. Breakfast is great for being continental with fresh pancakes. The rooms have the basics, except ours didn't have any shampoo or bodywash. I told the receptionist and she said she had to call her manager and didn't know if we could have any. We never received either or any explanation. Thankfully I had brought a bar of soap. You might want to ask if everything in your room has been restocked before check in……

“Always a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and helpful and the rooms are beautiful. The kids have fun in the pool. The breakfast is a little generic (bacon and eggs were flavorless) but that is my only complaint. ”
