“Good location near interstate.”

“My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. “Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent- my husband even said it was the best breakfast we had on our entire trip! The young woman who took care of the breakfast area was incredibly sweet, friendly, and kept everything well stocked. The only suggestions we have are a few maintenance issues. The bathroom could have used a more detailed cleaning, especially around the shower head and in the corners and crevices where some buildup and grime have accumulated. Also, the washer……

“Excellent quality hotel , large comfortable room and upgraded bathroom . Throughout the hotel there are a few oddities to remind of how historic the property( like the mail shoot outside the elevators) is and how it’s been brought up to date to meet the modern needs. A great place to stay in Winchester .”
