以該地點來說，賓館算是可以，只是入住時要給樣子拍照還是第一次遇到，或許是保安理由吧，不願意給拍照的旅客就要考慮一下了。

Its a decent place in an area that is close to mtr, but the decor is getting some wear and tear. There are small cracks in the wall and the ceiling.

Highly recommended
Room and bathroom are new and clean. Clean room, friendly staff, convenient, McDonald's and Starbucks nearby. Bed is comfortable. AC works well. The hotel located 800m away from Hubei metro. Nothing bad about the hotel.

選旅館時最怕房間沒有打理乾淨，而順陽賓館很整潔舒適，包括床鋪和浴室也是。 房間設計簡約，空間也多，性價比挺高， 而且職員回覆也很快，下次來深圳的話會再來。

酒店下來，一面直走是深南路，交通極方便，另一路口是中興路，吃的館子特多，直走到尾是東門市場，不用坐車也可以走到夜市，不錯的地点，不錯的酒店。

早上十一點左右附近有工程吵醒 只是晚起床才有的問題 感覺是剛新落成 地圖位置不對, 英文地址正確, 但沒有標示是3樓

Not bad
Internet special for $14usd/night, stayed 6 nights. Single room-no window. Room was very small, location was good for walkers. $20rmb/laundry load, excellent. Yes would stay again for said price. Moved to a way better hotel but at $21usd/night

Very nice experience!
Really liking our stay..nice, clean room (ours is a large, twin room with two windows), good room service, good shower, helpful staff, nice laundry service, convinient location (Hubei metro station within walking distance) with good eateries nearby and a 7-11 right next door ( also a macdonalds)...affordable, accessible and good, overall..we will definitely be back! Thankyou ShunYang team!

Ok place for a shorter stay
Decent hotel. Located a bit far away from nearest subway but there are a lot of good restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Room was nice, a bit small maybe and annoying that the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with no walls around it so everything got wet...

Everything looks new. Cleaning lady did a great job cleaning the room. Nearest metro station ia Hubei which is 15 minutes walk or for 2 yuan, take the bus 104 or 29 which is just two stations away. Even the bus stop is in front of the hotel.

安く泊まりたいならオススメです
洗濯は一回20元でしてくれます。 (洗濯物を入れた袋をフロントスタッフに渡すだけで翌朝には乾燥した状態で渡してくれます。洗剤不要。アイロンは別途。) 狭いながらコンパクトにまとまっているので快適です。 Wifiはあるもののネットに繋がらなかった。 ビルの4Fにあり、初見では分かりづらい。 隣のビルにセブンイレブンがあるので便利。 駅から遠い。MRT湖貝駅から徒歩10分ほど。 とにかく安く一人部屋に泊まりたいのであればオススメです。

Very Good
Clean and updated. Pretty spacious. No separate shower stall but I guess that's pretty common in HK and Shenzhen. Fairly close to metro but can be a hassle when toting luggage. Bed very comfy. AC very powerful. A good choice to stay at when in Shenzhen.

We should remember how much we pay for the room. You will see damaged wall by water. Also the bathroom is mody partially. Bed sheet is clean but you might feel back pain 예산이 빡빡한 개인 여행자가 아니라면 창문이 있는 방을 예약하시거나 돈을 조금 더 주고 4성급 호텔로 가세요. 이 지역 3성급 이하 호텔은 정말 위생상태가 별로 입니다.

Reception photo misleading!
The reception area doesn't look anywhere like shown on this website - Change the photos! -- Of course it is close to Wenjindu Port, but route 372 just outside takes you to Futian Port. Again, this place is harder to get in than out. Beware though, that the check-in counter is on 4th floor so don't make the mistake at the ground floor.

舒适的房间
非常新的旅店，大概在2018年三月开业的。楼下有许多餐厅和小吃。这里设备齐全，有提供沐浴露，浴巾，吹风机和拖鞋。旅店的水压也非常好，让我逛街累了回到旅店能舒服地洗个热水澡。前台工作人员服务态度非常好，特别感谢Edward,Eva,Li Hong的亲切服务。

Decent
Location is a little difficult to find. I would suggest changing the misleading name to Shunyang Hostel/ Guesthouse instead of "Sunshine Hotel" as there is another one of the same name in Shenzhen. Room and spaces are bright and extremely clean (but the cheaper rooms are really small). The staff were very polite. Overall, its a decent stay.

Nice hotel but i can't stand the cigarrette smoke.
Hotel looks brand new. Room was spacious, clean and brightly lit. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was big. Just nice for one person. Staff were friendly and could speak some English. They had umbrellas which you can take with you for the day at no charge. The only downside is that they allow guests to smoke along the corridors of the other rooms. I booked a non smoking room. However the door had gaps at the side and bottom so the smoke will get through and i had to block them with towels and tissue rolls. It was that bad. It will be a waste if the hotel ends up like a smoking den.

Thanks for your comment, and sorry for the smoking issue. Smoking is not allowed in the corridor, sometimes we may not notice people smoking there. Next time you may tell us if you find someone smoking in the corridor, and we will ask them to smoke outside. Sorry for the inconvenience, hope we can serve you again in the future.
