中規中矩
第一次使用這家酒店，整體感覺不錯，
先說好的方面：
~地點方便，到關口、火車站很近
~附近餐廳選擇多，亦有按摩店
(但未曾使用過，未知水準如何)
~電熱水壼不錯，倒熱水時不易外溢
~接待員的服務態度很好，真心給讚
也說說建議改進的地方：
~廁盤有污漬，但看似難以洗淨的那種
~房內的分體冷氣超多塵垢
(這次住了兩晚，忍不住為酒店清洗了隔塵網)
~每隔十多分鐘，分體機便傳出怪聲
(像滴水聲，也像撕開包裝聲，但入住兩晚沒下雨)
~夜深時、房內不時滲出隔鄰的煙味，弄得我一夜難眠
~房內電話，只限內線。對外聯絡，只能用手機，這點比較 不便。
其它的，如小許破舊，牆角小許發霉，WiFi比較弱、本人覺得還是可以接受的，價格亦算合理。要求不高的話，還是可考慮的一家酒店。

Old and smelly, very dangerous shower room : a very sharp metal shelf in the shower just near my neck !!! Do they have any commom sense, how dangerous it can be !!!

Vicinissimo al confine con Hong Kong. Il Terminal dei bus per aeroporto di Shenzhen è all'interno dell'edificio. Per cui comodissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Prezzo ottimo per quello che ti danno. Lo consiglio per budget trips

位于机场330线终点站那里，不要和另一个华侨酒店搞混了……
毕竟这样的价格…放低期待就都ok…我刚入住的当晚空调坏了给了我个电风扇…不过第二天空调就修好了还不错。

一般
接待阿頭態度有點差，外國朋友問他給passport作什麼用途，他用廣東話說:影印囉唔係點知你邊位入住啊，以為我們不會聽，這樣的服務態度誰接受啊雖然才2xx元，但好多1xx元的都很好態度，所以決定以後不會再入住。另外到房後廁紙只剩很少，打樓層客服電話沒人接，打了幾次有人接時亦是語氣很差。房間方面還可以，浴室好有住家感覺不像酒店但蠻舒服自在的。

地點好，但真太舊，浪費了地利，現在都差不用LED電視，呢間用超细超厚大電視，接受又差。廁門都爛了，下次不會去，連7天連鎖酒店都不如，價格都差不遠！
