"Situated in the best location, beautiful views to the lake across the road and a quick walk into town. Our 2-level apartment was spacious and had everything you need for either a short stay or longer. If we return to Queenstown, we would definitely re-book here."

"Staff is friendly. Room is so spacious but it’s dark, not enough light. The hotel is on the hill so if someone has the knee problem then this is not the good hotel to stay. Other than that, the hotel is nice and is walkable to shops and restaurants, specifically the Fergburger, Fergbaker and gelato."
