“I cannot rate this apartment highly enough. The host was lovely and so accommodating. Although check in wasnt until 4pm, we were able to leave our luggage so we could go and enjoy the sights. On check out they let us leave our bags for the day. The apartment is so spacious and its just lush. Comfy beds. Immaculately clean. Biggest tv I ever seen! Quiet and safe. Perfect location. We would love to come back! ”

“Our stay was very nice. Place is very clean. Area is quiet and safe. Love that we don’t need to clean up after our stay! Hosts were also very responsive and nice. Only thing is even though downtown London looks near, it takes around 50 min uber to get there due to traffic. Subway is another option but also takes 30+ min.”

“Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying.”

“The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. “Very nice, convenient and spotless appartment. Well equipped. We were a party of 4, and we were very comfortable. The location is convenient at walking distance from tube stations, but we found taking the bus even more convenient. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
