"Cute cozy cottages that are extremely clean and well thought out. Coffee is provided and some dishes and towels and everything you would need to get you started on vacation with a store within walking distance. We communicated a desire to check in early if available and host was extremely accommodating. Great place would stay again."

"Great place to stay. We were in for a baseball tournament and the staff was great. Good spot outside to have drinks and relax while kids swam. Pricey but worth it."

"Great hotel-room style stay with a stunning view of the lake. Cute little fire pit and lake access just across the yard. (Wood for purchase at gas station by round-about coming into town.) General store with basics needs/snacks attached to the property. Within walking distance of a great restaurant/bar with fantastic food and a walk up ice cream shop with the most decadent desserts! Local coffee shop just up the street too. Everything was clean, quiet and perfectly peaceful and everyone we encountered was just lovely! Thank you for a great girls weekend. 10/10 will return!"

"Only 35 miles from Traverse City, but you’d think you were further, this remote lodge in the Huron-Manistee National Forest is a hidden gem! Somewhat difficult to get to, but worth it if you want to enjoy nature at its finest! Surrounded by tall pines, you are cut off from all city distractions and can truly relax in nature. Groomed trails for ATV and snowmobiles, if you’re into that (alot of their guests are, but that did not detract from the overall experience). Mine was a summer stay; I expect winter snowmobile traffic would make it more raucous. This is not glamping or a luxury stay; it is a basic “up north” experience that is refreshingly real."

"Outstanding cabin back in the woods! Check in was simple and owner stayed in communication throughout the stay. Cabin was very clean and we enjoyed all the decor. You can’t go wrong renting here!"
