“Pet/service animal friendly, beautiful property, plenty of benches and gazebo space to sit and relax and unwind. Clean room and the fact that they supply you with everything you need to get started goes above and beyond they give you dishes they give you even three rolls of toilet paper. They are very customer oriented and very happy to do whatever they can do to make your stay the best they possibly can. They are very friendly and this is a property that I would probably like to enjoy at least……

“The Calming Cabin was just as advertised. Quaint, quiet, well appointed, and well stocked. A lot of extras that made our stay a great experience. It was just two of us but the Cabin has room for kids or another couple in the loft. Ben and Tori were very professional, quick to respond, very detailed and communicative although we didn’t want for anything. We would highly recommend this property and host to anyone spending time in the area or just passing through. We would not hesitate to stay with……

“Our stay was extremely disappointing and was impacted by several maintenance and safety issues. When we arrived, there was no propane for the grill, even though the grill was listed as an amenity. I had to go purchase propane myself, only to find that the grill still did not work properly. There were ants on the kitchen counters upon arrival. While I understand that some bugs can be expected in Tennessee, finding ants inside the home was frustrating. The children’s bedroom also had three……

“What a gorgeous home. A whole living area outside on the deck. It was like we were in a tree house. We could hear the serene sounds of the creek down below. Beautifully decorated. Ate dinner every night out on the deck....no bugs! We were 4 adults and 4 kids 8-17 and all of us just loved this home. We have a lot of experience staying in home rentals in the US and Europe....this one was special.”
