"This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property, sfaff and views were the best in all of the Japan properties we stayed. Highest value and best experience as well. Exceptional front desk staff concierge and bell staff. The rooms are very spacious and the river front view was the highlight after 2 weeks in Japan. So many small details with the room amenities were also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend the Imperial Hotel in Osaka. "
