"(+) Location, friendly and helpful Staff, early CheckIn, late Checkout, Panasonic Dryer, beautiful Ocean view from Corner Room, clean room including bathtub, waterserver on most floors. (-) Bad Coin Laundry: The 2-in-1 machines fail to dry. Had to use a public Coin Laundry nearby. Amenities: Body Soap is labelled as Body Shampoo, needlessly confusing Will stay again in the near future."

"Staff was super kind - I needed help bringing my & my travel companion's bags upstairs while my travel companion was out, and they even helped me carry it up. The public bath was lovely, and there was free ice cream and laundry. Rooms were smaller but well laid out so it was easy to use. I loved it! The parking uses a car rotator so only small cars will fit in - FYI. Did not try breakfast but did try their free ramen at night, which was a nice snack."

"ロケーションがとにかく良かったです．長距離バスのバス停も含め道後温泉への路面電車の停留所も大街道商店街も目の前でした。 お部屋は広くトイレとお風呂場が別なのがとても良かったです。(洗い場とバスタブも別でした！) 料金もとても良かったので松山に来たらまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！"

"Wonderful place! The staff is great and the room was the perfect size with wonderful amenities! There are plenty of food options around and it’s about a 5 minute walk from the tram station! Each room also has its own AC where some hotels in Japan only have central AC it was nice to have personal control."
