Shillong Spa Hotel

"Great place to stay!"

"Amazing property with great facilities."

"Overall a nice place to stay with super friendly staff and the property is clean and maintained. Don't expect typical hotel type facilities. "

"It was a satisfactory stay. The room was reasonably large. Food in the restaurant was good."

"Excellent facilities. Though the staff stay area could use some upgradation."

"Lovely staff and a good location. "

"An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. Moreover, when you asked/question them, the staff will behave RUDELY AND...

"Room was nice, but service was terrible"

"This is not a star catagory hotel"

"Every thing "

"It was the most horrible experince, i had travelled with whole pack of family including 78 years old grand parents and 4 years old minor, where i had to remain awake for the whole night since 10.00pm the whole hotel was black out till 7.30 am. It was an amazing experience surviving without electricity. The only light was our mobile flash lights...phewwww!!!!!! The rest i leave it upto your wisdom."
