“Was lovely and friendly hotel”

“staff are friendly, very nice environment, walking distance to the near by beach, good swimming pools. India and beach side restaurants' food are delicious ”

“It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Pinewood Resort & Spa, which fitted our requirements perfectly in not being too large but offering everything that we were looking for - pool, gym, spa, beach, multiple restaurants. One of our party was a vegetarian and there could have been more choice for her. We had booked on an all inclusive package, which was convenient as none of us are large drinkers, but being limited to house wine and having to pay the full cost for cocktails, rather than a small surcharge,……

“Serene, quiet, lovely beach view. The staff is super helpful and friendly, room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food so flavorful and fresh. The seafood platter is a must try. I enjoyed my short stay.”

“Spent 3 nights, all inclusive. Food was good, drinks were great, pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and had a great view. If I ever go back to Diani I will definitely stay there again.”

“Very suitable for families, with a great host.”

“Clean, well decorated, spacious and friendly staff. Good value.”

“The hotel was kept in excellent condition; my room was cleaned & towels were changed daily. The rooftop bar & pool were also maintained in tiptop shape. All of the staff were smiling, helpful & professional; with special mention of Robert (manager), Fridah, Joseph & Nassir (reception), Rashid (marketing), Jane & Sharleen (waitresses) & Tina (head cleaner). The security personnel were always alert & polite. The food was always well prepared with a great menu selection (& room service readily……

“So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend”

“Meget behjelpelige personal. Vær forsiktig med å spise i uteområdene på hotellet, da apekatter kan stjele maten.”

“去到蒙巴薩，一定要選好的住宿環境，這個飯店的住宿環境算中等，不是每天晚上都有 party，幾個餐廳而已，適合海邊玩玩水，上岸發呆，看來是必須要住面海的House”

“Kein Klima , kein Fernseher wie im Angebot vorgesehen, die Klimatisierten Zimmer waren verschimmelt. Deswegen habe ich notgedrungen ein Zimmer mit Ventilatororen nehmen müssen. Personal ist hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Sind im Moment am renovieren.”

“Experiencia única. Muy lujoso y acogedor. Repetiré”

“I love there hospitality ”

“A great find! The room was spacious and well maintained, the host was lovely, and it was a close walk to numerous stalls with a variety of goods and amazing fresh produce. Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! And really, the host was very accommodating and responded to questions……
