“It was clean”

“Staff was so friendly and helpful both at the hotel and recommended areas to explore. Always willing to give us the history and answer questions about Kenya. Breakfast was good, grounds are safe and beautiful, and rooms were nice with a beautiful view. Only comment is bathrooms need some updating ”

“Staff are 5 star having Jennifer at front desk. Hotel is a 2 star....construction loud noise each day at 8am-5pm on my 8 days vacation. Misleading information advertising breakfast but never get no breakfast. This is a beach front hotel. No music,no activity. The 2 pools are not functional. Broken tiles everywhere.. ”

“This hotel is beautiful. I cannot express how lovely our time was here. The room was a great size with plenty of space a storage, and we had a balcony from which we could watch monkeys play in the trees. The aircon was a godsend! The hotel is set up as about 10-15 villas rather than as one large complex. This creates a much more boutique and homey feeling. There are many areas to enjoy in the hotel, including the gorgeous private beach. The food was exceptional, and despite being all inclusive,……

“What a gem of a property this is and the name is fitting as it can be a little difficult to find. The check in was a little slow as the women who is the mother of the owner Ann, was a little green and it took a bit longer than I would have liked. Then Cynthia took me up to the room and what a great surprise! The room was so large with a huge bedroom/living room area; large hallway with plenty of drawer and closet space; a walk in shower with many hoses and the bathroom included a bodet, two……

“Il resort è pulito, le camere sono pulite e il personale è sempre disponibile, cortese e sorridente. Le camere sono grandi, pulizie giornaliere e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola su richiesta, per qualunque necessità basta chiamare la reception e provvedono immediatamente. In camera sono presenti due thermos di acqua, una per lavarsi i denti e una per bere che loro stessi riempiono ogni giorno e che comunque possono essere riempite in autonomia dagli ospiti in qualunque momento. Il cibo è discreto……

“Loved the beach front Rooms and the staff were great. Enjoyed the food too but mostly enjoyed the quiet and amazing views from the room plus was lucky enough to see the moon rise beyond the ocean line during dinner outside ”

“We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you……
