「Hi, This is our second time stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. However, our experience this time isn't that good. 1. The bathroom sink had lots of moles and dirt. I tried using a toothbrush to scrub it and they were removable. 2. There were lots of dusts on the air ventilators. 3. The air conditioner wasn't functioning properly. Half of the room was very hot while the other half of the room was very cold. My girls were sweating while they were sleeping because there was no air conditioning...

「A very convenient spot, close to the Shiomi station, which is 3 short stops away from the Tokyo station. The room was nice and clean, with great air conditioning. There was a little noise from the Daikin air conditioner, but we slept with earplugs, so it wasn't a big problem. The bathroom was also nice and clean, and all facilities functioned well—a great stay at a great price.」

「This stay was, as always, extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast was just as delicious as ever. The next time I visit Tokyo, I will definitely stay here again.」

「Great hotel! Will definitely visit again.」
