This inviting 1,300 sq. ft. guest house features 3 bedrooms and a comfortable layout designed for families or small groups:
1 King bedroom
2 Queen bedrooms

Inside, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Please note: Water features are not gated, so extra caution is advised with children or non-swimmers
A starter pack of basic toiletries and paper products is provided to help you settle in. For longer stays, additional supplies are recommended.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy:
Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
Late check-out requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.

Important Policies & Notices
Dog-friendly only (unauthorized pets incur a $300 fine)
No smoking indoors ($250 fine applies)
Extended stays over 21 days require an additional $50 cleaning fee, charged manually after booking
Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee
Lost & Found: A $25 handling fee plus shipping applies for item returns
While we maintain a high standard of cleanliness, the rural setting may occasionally include bugs or wildlife
