“Apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. Kitchen was well set up with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the shopping centre was only a few blocks away. Good location with an easy drive to city centre. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool and the neighbours were all friendly and full of kid friendly suggestions for things to do around Cairns. “This picture is not of our room, this was supposed to have been our room, Our original room was unavailable due to air conditioning issues, and while an alternative was provided, the space had a musty smell, suggesting it hadn't been aired out recently.Communication could have been improved- check in details and Wi-fi access I had to request on the day of checking in, which made the process less seamless.The room lacked basic instructions, such as rubbish disposal and check out details which……
