The 13 km Somerset Trail is a loop starting from the Gantry in D’Aguilar National Park with stunning views of the Somerset Dam about half way in. It’s not a difficult hike and just an hour out of Brisbane.

Fantastic staff, great location, great hotel and amenities, enormous rooms and very well appointed with full cooking facilities. Great pool on site and the breakfast was so beautifully done as an inclusive exercise so no one eats alone. A fantastic stay and we would absolutely stay here again.
