"The room seems old and not properly cleaned. Breakfast is included in our plan, it is self-service but not cooked in the kitchen on demand. The visit to Nature's Window make our car quite sandy, the car wash space provided can let us briefly clean the car before returning to the car rental. The hotel location is good, it is close to Geraldton town centre."

"There were broken glasses all over the sofa which was probably left by previous customers. Also, the floor & sofa were so dirty. However, Staff there was very helpful. They tried to assist whatever we need & there was free drink vouchers provided at bar"

"The apartment is very big. But the lighting in the loft got lots of bugs and they are flying around at the evening. The door lock of the toilet at downstair is not fixed."
