「It’s a grand and glamorous hotel which witnesses the glorious days of Japan. There’s a huge lobby with a European style library. The lounge is huge with sunset ocean views. The hot springs is huge too that is built by jade. The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk helped us booking a five lake tour. Breakfasts were very good. Didn’t try dinner. Stayed there 2 nights. Memorable!」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property offered privacy and comfort for us. The space was enough to sleep many people and also offered a laundry facility. There is a wonderful cafe on the property operated by a very friendly woman offering a variety of tea drinks. It was definitely a local hang out. "價錢蠻貴的飯店，但已經是知床區好像比較便宜的，一泊二食，但是餐點真的不要太高的期待，每天都是一樣的，早餐晚餐長得差不多，我們連續住了兩個晚上，吃到後來不知道要吃什麼了 "
