“Liked the 2-night stay at Ryoan! The apartment occupying the whole building floor gives a good sense of privacy and security. It is spacious with all facilities and two toilets, much needed for a family trip. Cooking utensils were probably not properly used by other users and the scratches made us not want to use. We purchased a cooking pot at the AEON shop at the Wing Bay. The only thing to complain maybe the Japanese style bed mattress (there are two normal beds which are fine). The mattress……

“Good pick up service from hotel to ski lift area and ski lift area to hotel and drop off to white liner bus stop. Good location to restaurant, convenient store and ski area. ”

“呢間屋似乎係剛剛翻新局部地方，一入到屋油漆味極度濃，好難想像日本人經營嘅地方可以容許咁樣嘅狀況下出租。 洗手間冇翻新，兩間大房同埋個廳就有，煮食爐頭，洗手盆，企缸洗衣機全部都好好狀態，但係呢間屋冇窗，油漆味就算開大冷氣仍然非常濃郁，我著過嘅衣物帶到回家仍然有好大陣油漆味道。 呢個民宿最好嘅地方係位於錢函JR車站旁邊。去小樽20分鐘車程，有札幌過嚟30分鐘左右，如果喺札幌或者小樽搵唔到民宿，都可以選擇呢一度。但係呢個區冇任何觀光景點，只係可以留宿一宵。”

“ブラインドが一部破損していて、外から室内が見える状態でした。通りに面している窓ではありませんでしたが、駅のホームから見える位置だったため、着替えなどをするのに気がかりでした。他に設備で気になったのは、少しの寝返りでもベッドがギシギシ音が出ることや、ドライヤーがあるのに鏡は電源のないバスルームにしかないこと、せっかく洗濯機があるのに干す場所やラックなどがないことが残念でした。 ただ、駅から近い点は本当に助かりました。また広さがあるし、流しやレンジがあるのも良かったです。”

“The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us……
