"The hotel is at a very perfect location for ski-in & ski-out. I appreciate very much the ski storage arrangement which is organised and efficient. The overall hotel service quality is good. I appreciate the concierge service very much, for instance, I and my husband arrived the hotel at late evening. ..."

Wonderful Experience at Park Hyatt’s Hotel
"The hotel's facility is absolutely excellent. I really enjoyed the passion of service in the staff body, especially the manager called Athena Chen. She gave us a wonderful experience because she solved a lot of our concerns and problems we faced there. Definitely would revisit again."

"Best family vacation hotel. We had a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had complimentary breakfast in the dining room every morning and even cooked dinner in the open kitchen one night."
