Excellent new hotel with a great view. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. We also enjoyed hot spring water from the bath tub.

Very good experience and it is a nice place to recommend

Just stayed at Raku Suisan, and it was pure bliss! This intimate retreat delivered the ultimate relaxation we were craving. From the moment we arrived, the serene atmosphere and stunning views of Mt. Yotei right from our room's private onsen and balcony were breathtaking. The free-flowing natural hot spring in every room helped us truly unwind and disconnect from everything. Very helpful staff, very clean room

Good pick up service from hotel to ski lift area and ski lift area to hotel and drop off to white liner bus stop. Good location to restaurant, convenient store and ski area.

Excellent resident and money for value. Location is good and quiet. Well furnishing and as good as what shown in the photo. Will definately rebook Kozue again for my next visit to Niseko
