Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments.
It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist.
I normally do not get involved in reading my stays. The stay here was excellent accommodations were spotless and the staff bend over backwards to help at every turn. Itâs a expensive location but well worth every penny.
Excellent suites, staff, and mountain access. Parking was clunky, and the bar needed better options for drinks and mixers since itâs a very western traveler appeal. Nespresso in rooms is a great touch and loved having washer dryer in room. Noone was in the onsen with me the entire 5 day stay. Would definitely come back and stay!!!
Very friendly and helpful stay! Our room was beautiful. Great to have a ski hire in the hotel and also somewhere to keep our own equipment! There is a frequent bus to take you into the town! The bus can fill up so make sure you are waiting early for it! Would highly recommend staying here
This propertu was true ski in ski out. The decor was stunning and modern.
The room was beautiful with everything you could want. Including kitchen, washer/dryer 2 toilets and comfy bed and furniture in the 1 bedroom unit.
One of the best things were the staff. They were all so friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The restaurant and bar run by Zen was so much more than expected. Delicious food and produce. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu has endless choices. And we could not fault anything we ate and drank. Sitting in the restaurant on a wall of windows next to the beautiful snow view was amazing.
The ski valet is the best we have ever had in all our travels.
Jayden, Fraser and Madlyn had your boots at your feet before you even sit down, skis and boards in the rack ready to go and on return helped take off your boots and had warm slippers at the ready.
