「Close to the restaurants in Hirafu. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge. This is exactly what customers look for in terms of ‘service’. Prompt and decisive customer help.」

I appreciate the concierge service very much, for instance, I and my husband arrived the hotel at late evening. A young staff (a guy of South Asian decent) was very helpful & proactive to help out and carry our ski equipment & luggage to our room. Appreciated very much. 」
