Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge. This is exactly what customers look for in terms of ‘service’. Prompt and decisive customer help.”

“Good location, just 3 min walk from Annupuri. Houseowner is very nice - willing to provide free ride to / pickup from JR station up to 4pm everyday. The breakfast and dinner are of very good quality (and not expensive at all).
This is our first time to try skiing and the houseowner proactively found a Cantonese coach and booked the ski gear for us! What a nice service!
