"ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。 "

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. "This hotel was a great way to start the New Year. We enjoyed the hotel and the Onsen and got a massage at the hotel. Our only feedback is the shuttle. The timing and the details on the shuttle are not great. We would recommend working on it. "

"We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely. The hot spring facilities, including the outdoor bath and the sauna, were absolutely amazing and honestly left us speechless! There is a convenient bus that runs around the Niseko area, and this hotel is the last stop on the route. Thanks to that, we were able to visit several different mountains easily and still get back to the hotel without any trouble. This was especially helpful during our stay because there wasn’t much snow and some chairlifts were not operating, so it wasn’t easy to access other areas on the slopes."

"All staff are so helpful and friendly. My favourite spot is the dining area. It’s so comfy and welcoming. Milk factory is the great place to eat special pizza, past and dessert. Less 10mins walk. The bus stop is just around the corner so easy to access to the each mountain. I highly recommend this lodge if you are looking for somewhere cozy and relaxing. We definitely want to come back here!! Thank you for having us."
