We stayed 2 nights (3 adults 1 kids) . Communication was very smooth. Very quiet, close to Hirafu and Kuchan. It was great stay. Thank you.

Staff was great but the rooms were unreasonably small. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and there was no extra toilet paper towels or blankets.
