"Staff was so friendly and its awesome access to all parts of resort. Cute cafe on site that had reallt great food and some more up scale options! Check in was great. Great with information. Room was huge and very comfortable "

"Staff were extremely polite, helpful, and made my stay very enjoyable. The food in the restaurants and room service was also very good. The room itself was comfortable for the most part except for getting hot during the day regardless of what the thermostat was set to and some small cosmetic damage to some features."

"Great hotel/. Almost ski in ski out- just a short walk across not too busy road. Wonderful staff. Onsen almost as good the the very expensive Hyatt across the road (they have an outdoor onsen that the Hyatt does not). Our room had a washing machine but hotel has coin-operated washing machines for rooms without washing machines. Club rooms have access to a great lounge"
