「room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions and support. I wonder what if the customer doesn't have the option to make local calls then they will need to visit front desk each time when they have a question.」

"很多人滑雪，地方很大，但路線指示不多，也沒有地圖，到房間很才發現有App可到酒店網站查看地圖，應該在前枱就向我們介紹使用，可減少時間找路，但職員很好，會幫忙。房間設施雖有點舊，但整潔乾淨。酒店食肆選擇很多，附近還有7–11。還可以夾公仔👍👍"

"I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable. The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it. Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am."

"The hotel is grand, though old-fashioned. I enjoyed the lobby with its unique board games and free hot drinks machine. We discovered later there are also vending machines behind the elevators. The main attraction is the onsen. After I sprained my knee skiing, I went to the onsen on the 12th floor of the Hana Momiji hotel, which is connected on the 4th floor. The buffet breakfast and dinner had good variety and everything was well-prepared. The salon also had some nice desserts, and their gift-shop seemed reasonable."

"性價比極低、沒有服務、食物質素非常差。要除鞋入酒店但只提供一張櫈，行李自己拎上房，鞋儲物櫃要2人共用一格，但放唔到中boot高度，變相要入膠袋每日手挽到門口，好唔方便。女生的和服也只有少量，要提早預訂先有機會有。房間很多，好像參加旅行團一樣的情況，酒店內設施和lounge等到處都有好多人排隊。結論：HK$1000/晚也不會再住。"
