"We stayed for one wonderful week, with 1 room for 3, and 1 double room for 1. Our hosts provided for everything, including delicious dinners, one a sushi dinner and the other a pork based dinner. Both were beautifully done and a great way to experience traditional Japanese food. As a bonus for skiiers the Inn was only about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and walking distance to a variety of local restaurants. A delightful experience overall. "

"We loved the location in Annupuri as it is about a 3 minute walk to the slope. Annupuri mountain is much much quieter than niseko. You can traverse from the top of Annupuri to other resorts and get down to Niseko that way rather than catching a shuttle bus around the base. Just make sure you have an all mountain pass. Niseko negula is really flash! Beautiful wooden retreat, lovely staff, great food and amenities, great views. Loved it!! They have a driver who can drop/pick you up from onsens...

"We stayed at Pension Alice to add a few days on to a Niseko ski trip. As the location is out of town and we didn't have a car we relied on the (very friendly) proprietor to drive us up to Hirafu Welcome Centre and back each day - this works fine as long as you aren't expecting to be at the very front of the lift queue in the morning or to do loads of night skiing. "This place is a hostel for hotel prices. Niseko is expensive for sure, but this place is extremely expensive for what it is. One shared shower between perhaps 12-15 people. The breakfast is super average and the value for money at the associated eateries (where breakfast is served) are super expensive for the size of the meals. The staff working there were super nice but the owner maybe shouldn't be client-facing. "

"The hotel is in a great location, next to the Hell Valley walkable, and also Bear park, also walkable. In addition, the onsen is pretty decent and big, and there are outdoor onsens as well. Food is fantastic, and there are also arcade games in the hotel. Will not hesitate to visit here again."
