「Located in the suburbs of Aarhus, it only takes 10 minutes to drive to the city, which is very convenient. You can walk to the nearby attractions and the scenery is great. The room is large and clean, and it has a long history, with historical objects everywhere. The stay is very comfortable, except that the stairs to the attic are a bit small, so you need to be careful.」

「The room was very nice, comfortable beds, and the window opened out to trees. We had to leave the window open due to summer heat, and the morning birdsong was lovely. The only downside was the sound of the traffic, but it became like white noise in the background. The water from the shower was hard to contain but the bathroom was fully tiled so no harm done. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was delicious!」

「Super fint anneks i meget hyggelig have og gårdhave. Alt var virkelig pænt og fremstod helt nyrenoveret. Det var en hyggelig lille stue og fint udstyret lille køkken med al nødvendig service. Et ganske lille minus var, at der blev meget varmt, og solen stod meget tidligt gennem de store ovenlysvinduer, så vi vågnede ekstremt tidligt. 」

「We really loved this hotel - very stylish and individual with great little quirks and staff who really seemed to care. There was no kettle in the room but free access at all times to hot drinks in the restaurant/lounge area which is a great space to relax in and includes an outside terrace area. The shower was great (shower curtain was fine!) and the provided toiletries were excellent quality and included conditioner too. Free wine hours a couple of times a week were a nice touch. 「Downtown Aarhus is compact, making the hotel location ideal for getting everywhere. We walked all over the city and were also able to hop on the bus or light rail, as needed. Although the ambiance, decor, and architecture of the hotel stand out, the best aspect is the staff. They are engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, multilingual, and just an amazing group of people.」
