Service was impeccable, They are really helping and kind. Mainly we felt a mothers love in their morning breakfast. Will be back there.

The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades

Notre réservation pas reçue par l'hôtel...

Apparemment l'hôtel n'a pas reçu notre réservation de la part d'Hotel.com A notre arrivée, l'hôtel étant complet, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le bâtiment annexe en cours de rénovation, dans une chambre sans prise de courant près du lit (pas encore installées), des tâches de joints de carrelage pas encore nettoyées, vue sur un parking en terre avec des chiens qui ont aboyé toute la nuit (mauvaise isolation phonique) et un climatiseur juste en face du lit qui nous soufflait directement dessus. Cela dit, le personnel a été adorable et a fait son possible pour nous trouver au moins une solution pour dormir. Ils nous ont prêté une rallonge électrique et nous ont préparé un petit-déjeuner pour 7h20 alors que l'heure normale est 8h, car nous avions une excursion de prévue. Il nous est donc difficile de donner un avis sur les chambres du bâtiment principal puisque nous ne les avons pas vues. En conclusion, même en réservant sur ce site, contactez toujours l'hôtel pour vous assurer qu'ils ont bien votre réservation!

Personal inexistente. Vas y vienes y las maletas en recepción. Limpieza cero. La moqueta no ve la aspiradora desde hace tiempo.

Great hotel on the edge of town

A great hotel on the edge of town. It's a small town and easy to walk into the centre - a direct road. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy and has a good bar. Cheers.

Nice hotel, unattractive area

Fairly new hotel in good condition. However, surrounding areas and the city are not very comfortable. Our balcony was overlooking a slum.

Hotel locates a little walk from centre. Very nice and good looking place. Also workers were very nice and kind. Room was clean and I had everything I needed.

Reservamos dos habitaciones para este hotel. Sin embargo, en la frontera entre Montenegro y Albania no nos dejaron ingresar al país, y por esta razón no pudimos quedarnos en el hotel. Tratamos de comunicarnos por teléfono al número que aparece en la página para tratar de cancelar y no nos respondieron. Nos enviaron un email al día siguiente, y les explicamos lo sucedido. No enviaron respuesta a nuestro mensaje, y de todas formas nos cobraron por las dos habitaciones. Sabemos que no es culpa de ellos que no nos hayan dejado entrar al país, pero las razones por las que no pudimos ir, estaban totalmente fuera de nuestro control.
