What a superb position! 104 The Shoal is a stunning brand new apartment built in 2016 that is located within 200 metres walking to the white sandy beaches of Shoal Bay. A thoroughly modern spacious unit with a large private terrace to catch the sun. Open plan air conditioned living area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stone top benches. There are two air conditioned bedrooms, two designer bathrooms with European appointments and internal laundry located within the kitchen.

The bonus of level lift access from the street and the secure car park, perfectly located unit which combines both modern style and all the holiday essentials to make your stay in Shoal Bay memorable.

Park the car and walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and clubs that are located in the Shoal Bay Village.

(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
