"The location and access of this property is great. There are some maintenance issues. Sink in bathroom needs unclogging, microwave doesn't work and needs replacing, and hairdryer needs replacing. "

The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. "The location to the off leash dog beach was fantastic and short drive to other locations, such as Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, the Lighthouse and more. The property was great for 4 people with plenty of room. "

"The accommodation was in a great location. We could walk to Nelson’s Bay marina or town centre easily. The photos were a little deceiving as the unit is quite old and needs some love. The out door area was dirty with cobwebs and dirt. The bathroom floor was not fully cleaned. All guests found the beds quite uncomfortable - very hard. "

"The main problem with the property is the bathroom, it is a large bathroom but it would be much better if the shower & bath tube was in one & devide the bathroom in two & have a small separate toilet with a tini sink .but leave the other toilet beside the bathtub combined shower "
