「The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business. 「The property was easy to find. Belinda was very helpful in arranging for a late check in. The room and bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu presented a good variety of choices… had the Wilde’s Breakfast two mornings in a row… served nice and fresh. The secured underground parking has a lot of car spaces… comfortably spacious… easy to get in and out of. Highly recommended… we’ll definitely book with them again!!! 👌👍」
