“Dreadful hotel. I am surprised Expedia represents this trash! The worst hotel I have ever visited. They gave the two women in or group of 5 the worst rooms: No lift. No wifi. No working telephone. No toilet paper. No towels. Demanded a change of room. Slightly better but filthy. Soiled sheets. Soiled bathroom. 2 months worth d thick dust on the floor. The access road to parking was horrendous. Even our local Indian drivers refused to tackle them!. SO steep and dangerous, simply not made clear……

“I was surprised when the hotel staff told us that the evening tea they offer wasn't available to us because we booked through Expedia. We paid the full price, whether directly or indirectly, so the facilities should be the same for everyone. Unfortunately, they refused to provide it, and they also denied us complimentary access to the steam room. Overall, they didn’t seem to prioritize guest satisfaction.”
