"Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood and a lot of room. Just not a 5 star because the home and yard need a lot of TLC. Renting for an entire month you'd expect some hand soap and a few other amenities as we receive in our other monthly rentals. The management company did respond quickly to the grill being out of commission and a few other things. A good month of cleaning up the carpet, cloth chairs, little fixes would make this a 5 start."

"This property and its location were perfect for our needs! Everything was clean - kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. Our spring break weather was cold, and it was great to have the fire table in the backyard so we could sit outside. We loved having the park right across the street - played pickleball each night! Grocery store and beach were within minutes, and the Naval museum was just a short drive away. My sons played golf at the Perdido Bay Golf Club that was also a short drive - around the corner. All of us loved our stay, and if we come back to this area, we will definitely rent this property again. Thank you, Patty!"
