「The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous; however, the pool needs maintenance and a good cleaning—it's a shame there's been this neglect.」

「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

「Staff are very helpful and not giving you a feel they work for tips. Very clean and comfortable.」

「It’s really hard to find 」

「Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful」

「We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful family run haveli. We were warmly welcomed by the family/ staff upon arrival. The room was comfortable and air conditioned with private bathroom with shower. The property is beautiful and peaceful despite being in the midst of Old Town. We loved the rooftop restaurant with an incredible view that made us feel like we were right under the Mehrangarh Fort. The hotel is in a central location and is several minutes walk to Ghanta Ghar and the Blue...

「It need some repairs but it was ok」

「房間舒適整潔,熱水充足,酒店老闆笑容可掬,天台餐廳可見城堡,食物也不錯.」

「The hotel smelled stale when I arrived. (This resolved in a few hours or I got used to the smell). One of the front desk people smelled like he had not showered in days. The elevators were small, cramped and very old. My one compliment is that the pool looked nice and the lobby was lovely. The servers at the restaurant were not attentive. They just chatted with each other. If I wanted a drink, I had to physically get up out of my chair to get them to come over. I thought maybe it was an...

「De très gentilw hôtes !!」

「Everything was amazing! Only downside is it’s a bit far from everything and too quiet. It felt like nobody was staying there. 」

「This property is fairly good and clean from inside. Jimmy, the contact for this property is very helpful. The rooms have been done up well though the bathroom didn't have any provision to keep clothes while showering. There was a shelf on top of the toilet seat but too high to reach. Also expired milk powder sachets for tea Food wise, portions are good. Fruit salad bowl has freshly cut fruits and they are flexible if we want any item from the menu to make changes in it . The 1 star is...

「Clean room Towels Smell」

「Wonderful, atmospheric & quirky hotel with comfortable rooms, kind & helpful staff & delicious vegetarian menu ( especially the garlic naan!). Traditional musicians played both nights we were there & loved to involve the guests. Great location just round the corner from the stepwell & near the clock tower & market. Nearby secure parking. Steep stairs so wouldn’t be great if you have vertigo!」

「Super friendly & helpful staff -- and excellent food! Good location with non-touristy little stores nearby.」
