“The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or……

The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. “The room was not clean and I had bugs all over the place. The bathroom towels were smelly and dirty, and it seemed they had kept used towels as they appeared dirty.
Parking is on the roadside with stray dogs roaming around. That was on scary ordeal.
I was assigned the room on the third floor which was right next to the pickle ball court, on Sunday 9 AM I could barely sleep.
Same with lifts they were not clean.
Cleanliness is Basic regardless of what hotel it is - which this hotel fails……
