「Low floor had big Traffic Noise onth」

「Overall had a good experience but floor 19 corridor carpet needs a cleaning as when you walk through to your room, It gives you very mouldy smell.」

「Every thing is very good」

「It's ok for a short stay. Nothing great. Bathroom is basic and small, so is the room. Only consolation is Club Hermis nearby.」

「Everything was good」

「Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. 」

「clean room, polite and helpful staff.need more variety in breakfast buffet」

「The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was supportive, attentive, and proactive throughout my stay, providing exceptional service at every step. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily give this property a 5-star rating for its outstanding service and hospitality.」
