"The hotel staff were amazing, they supported me being through a very difficult time, very kind and respect my situation. Reception staff were super helpful for all information I required. Speically big thanks to breakfast buffet manager Mr.Pu and his assistant Ms.Zhang, who welcomed my family every single morning, assisted us for the food and beverage. We feel heart filled, respected and supported during our stay. I sincerely appreciate all their support, care and respect!"

"I have 3kids (8yrs, 7 yrs and 2.5yrs) , traveling is not easy . St. Regis made everything so seamless and comfortable. The morning buffet is crowded since this is Chinese lunar new year. J Chen from the Promenade restaurant always arranged everything properly for us. From seating to take the food, the experience was excellent . My family really want to say thank you for the whole team as we feel l we stay there just like we stay at home."

"This hotel is very close to Subway line 3 station (exit C), less than 5 minutes. Also very close to the shopping street (Bin Jiang Dao) and the river cruise dock. Hotel is new and clean and modern looking. Staff friendly and they also provide drinks and snacks for free. Will stay here again. Highly recommend! "
